Robing Schedule

Time :10:30 am to 5:30 pm (will be strictly followed by Academic Cell)
Venu : 110, Lecture Hall Complex (LHC)
 Note:
** No request for registration will be entertained on the Day of Convocation (13.06.2018).
This has the approval of the Competent Authority.
  • For all students (degree recipients), the robing will start at 8.30 am
  • For the senators and all guests, robing would start at 9.30am

Following are the respective Robing Rooms:

  1. Chief guest + VIP guests: Room no. 103
  2. Senate & BOG members: Room No. 102
  3. Lady senators: Room no. 101
  4. All girls students (BS-MS, MR and PhD): Room no. G09
  5. All boys (BS-MS, MR and PhD): Room no. G08
